Our Board

The Brierty Board has significant business skills and experience and comprises of the following representatives:

Dalton Gooding, Chairman and Non-Executive Director

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in Australia he has 25 years experience and is currently a partner of Gooding Pervan where he advises a wide range of businesses with emphasis on taxation and accounting issues as well as in providing general business advice.

Stuart Crofts, Managing Director

Stuart was appointed as Brierty’s Managing Director in June 2009, having held the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company since November 2008.

Stuart has 20 years experience in international general management positions and prior to joining Brierty Limited was Executive General Manager of United Group Resources Pty Ltd, a division of United Group Limited.  Stuart is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia.

Harvey Collins, Non Executive Director

With extensive executive and board experience in a range of industries including Challenge Bank, Harvey offers expertise in finance and management. He has a Bachelor of Business and is a Fellow of the Australian Society of CPA’s, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Senior Fellow of the Financial Institute of Australia.

Alan Brierty, Non Executive Director

Founder of the Brierty business, Alan has played an integral role in Brierty’s operations and business growth since commencing in 1981. His extensive contracting experience and knowledge is highly valued.
