Domenic CappeluttiRay Bushnell, Chief Executive Officer

Ray brings 35 years' experience in mining, processing, mobile/fixed plant asset management and civil construction. His role is managing Brierty's end to end mining business which covers drill and blast, contract mining, material handling and crushing/screening.

Ray is focused on strategic planning and is able to deliver sustainable growth and operational improvements to deliver world's best safety and productivity. Having worked in all levels of business, Ray has a strong hands on leadership style and maintains strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and employees. 

Ray has national mining exposure and most recently held senior roles as Chief Executive Officer - WPH and General Manager - Mineral Resources.

 


John Sicard

Troy Buswell,  General Manager Commercial & Chief Financial Officer

As a former Treasurer and Transport Minister for the State of Western Australia, Troy provides considerable finance and project management expertise to Brierty. That is matched by his ability to develop and implement corporate strategies. 

Troy's role at Brierty is focused on leading and strengthening the Company's financial performance and balance sheet, as well as assisting General Managers with the formulation and management of growth plans for major projects and developments.

Troy joined Brierty in October 2014. Prior to his appointment he was Member of the Western Australian Parliament for nine years, where he held roles including Treasurer, Minister for Commerce, Minister for Transport, Shadow Minister for Small Business and Leader and Deputy Leader of the Opposition.

 



Domenic CappeluttiDomenic Cappelluti, General Manager: Plant & Procurement

Domenic possesses considerable insight into both the civil and mining industry in Australia and overseas. This contributes to his ability to actively implement business improvements from within Brierty, which has supported improved fleet management through fleet selection, fleet optimisation and fleet disposal to deliver therefore better financial outcomes for Brierty's plant department.

Domenic is implementing ongoing improvements to enhance the maintenance management processes that generate greater reliability throughout the life of each plant asset. 

Domenic has more than 14 years experience in plant management, gained from more than 30 years in the industry.

 


Daniel Humphries

Daniel Humphreys, General Manager: People

Having spent the previous eight years working for some of the industry's leading mining and construction companies, Daniel is perfectly suited to leading the key people functions across Brierty, including Human Resources and Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) departments.

His experience as a Human Resources professional  has equipped him to manage various aspects of Brierty's everyday business, as well as contributing towards longer term goals with respect to; recruitment and selection, industrial relations, Aboriginal engagement, performance and reward, learning and development, talent management, occupational health and safety, quality and environment and organisational and culture development.

 


John Sicard

Mark Davies, General Counsel & Company Secretary

Mark is a corporate lawyer with 20 years experience practicing law in top tier construction and resource companies and law firms. 

Mark gained unique experience as General Counsel at John Holland (WA), working on iconic projects such as the Wheatstone Construction Village and Perth City Link.
