Trinity is a brand new master-planned community in Perth's north-west coastal corridor setting a new benchmark for quality sustainable planning and design. It will deliver up to 3000 residential lots over the course of development.
Trinity is located between the future district centre of Brighton to the south and the future regional centre of Alkimos to the north.
The project involves the construction of up to 3000 residential lots, with up to 250 of these being completed within the first financial year. The project is in its 5th stage of works.
The works include:
- Bulk earthworks;
- Culverts & drainage structures;
- Detailed earthworks;
- Power and telecommunication installation;
- Gas, sewer, and water reticulation;
- Traffic management;
- Retaining walls;
- Stormwater drainage;
- Road formation; and
- Public services & utilities
