Graduate Program
The Graduate Program has been established to provide Engineering Graduates with structured learning opportunities to assist in the development of their skills and knowledge.
The Brierty Graduate Program is a two (2) year "hands-on, no classrooms" program designed specifically to provide Graduates with a wide range of experience and knowledge of the Brierty business.
At the commencement of employment, each Graduate will be provided with a structured "Graduate Learning Plan" which determines, and documents the areas in which each Graduate is to participate and the work assignments they are expected to complete during the Program. The Learning Plan covers the range of the Brierty business, with Graduates rotating their time between different areas within their relevant business unit.
At the completion of the Graduate Program, Graduates will have developed a strong knowledge, and gained hands on experience in a number of the Company's operations. Graduates may be able to take the next step of their career and participate in the Brierty Young Professionals Program.
