Brierty is in the process of formalising a long term relationship with the Clontarf Foundation. The Clontarf Foundation is a ‘not for profit’ organisation whose aim is to improve the education, health, life-skills and employment opportunities of Australia’s Indigenous youth. The Clontarf program operates in partnership with schools and colleges and uses Australian Rules football as the primary vehicle for engaging young Indigenous men in education. Upon completion of the program, Clontarf graduates are supported in their transition to employment. Brierty is pleased to be part of this initiative. We have committed to the provision of one Clontarf apprentice each year with the possibility of also employing Clontarf graduates as trainees.
Brierty has a number of traineeships available to eligible employees:
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (Plant Operations)
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (Pipe Laying)
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction (Supervision)
- Certificate IV in Mining (Supervision)
